UPDATE: Lynesia Sinckler and the boys will not be able to go home longer than we originally thought. It can be upto 60 days as of now. Even though they can't stay at home she still has to pay her bills per lease. This is making it a bit hard to have funds for daily things needed while displaced, replace things needed. Life it emotional mental and financial hard right now from this unforseen incident. Currently she is sleeping on the couch and her boys on the floor. Cots or air mattresses will be needed for them.
UPDATE: on Lynesia and the boys. All the damaged items are cleaned out, we cleaned the house as much as possible. Her and the boys are uprooted from their home until further notice as they have to wait for the walls to be open, dried out and replaced 2 feet up. We are planning to make the best of it while they stay with us. They do need something since it's going to be a longer stay than planned. They also are still working on replacing everything lost. There is an air mattress on their wish list they could really use so the boys don't have to sleep on the floor.
I am making this for Lynesia and her boys who live in Dania, Florida. She is like my sister which means they are my nephews. This week there was a storm that flooded parts of South Florida. Unfortunately their home was one of those that got flooded. Although it's not a total loss the boys have lost just about everything in their room. Their clothes are all being washed, they still have their bed and mattress. They lost smaller items in the home also. Lynesia is a single mother who worked very hard to get what they had. With this being so unpredicted there was no time to plan or save. She isn't asking for much just help getting her boys stuff replaced. All funds would be used on things for the boys to replace what they lost.
