Jess has just found out that her cancer has returned for the 4th time.  She is 8 years old and goes to Harefield Junior School.  Great Ormond Street Hospital has been amazing but Jess may have to go abroad for further treatment which wont be funded by the NHS.  Jess names her tumor Boris, lets all help her beat Boris once and for all.  Please donate to this gofundmepage.  There will be lots of fundraising events for Jess as well so please get involved.
