Help Us Honor Patricia's Memory

Our beloved Patricia recently passed on October 17th. Patricia was a wonderful mother, sister and friend who touched the lives of those around her. She leaves behind her husband, 3 children, 4 grandchildren, siblings and extend family members.

We are all devastated by Patricia’s loss and were not prepared for the high cost of a funeral service. We want to give Patricia the memorial she deserves, to honor her memory and say our last goodbyes.

I am currently asking for donations to help cover the cost of Patricia’s funeral. We need to raise 6,500 by October 25th in order to be able to afford the funeral service.

A visitation for Patricia will be held Friday, October 25, 2024 from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Montclair-Lucania Funeral Home, 6901 West Belmont Ave, Chicago, IL 60634. Following the visitation will be a graveside service from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at Mount Carmel Catholic Cemetery, 1400 S Wolf Rd, Hillside, IL 60162.
