EMS Family Needs Help

Donation protected
Garett Hensley has been a paramedic in the city of Mesa, Arizona for over ten years. As you can imagine, serving his community has changed drastically over the last year with the Coronavirus pandemic. Garett is not only are caregiver to those in need in his community, but at home as well to his autistic son Nathaniel Hensley. Nate is a funny, intelligent, and gentle young man who enjoys troubleshooting electronics, playing games, and has recently gotten into puzzles. Both Garett and Nate have been hospitalized with the Coronavirus. Garett has been making a slow recovery while Nate continues to battle it. He was initially intubated and suffering from diabetic ketoacidosis with a dialysis catheter due to his significant decrease in kidney function. Since his admission, he has been on and off a ventilation device and receiving dialysis with some improvement. These funds will help support the Hensley family while Garett is recovering. Help us give back to a family who has given so much to their community.
