Tyler is an amazing 14 year old boy who recently has been diagnosed with Keratoconus. For those of you who don't know what this is, it is a degenerative condition that affects the shape of his corneas. If not treated it could lead to cornea transplant or blindness. There is a treatment available but it is not FDA approved so that "means" no insurance will cover it. The treatment costs $5000 . At this time we only have $2000. We are only asking for help because time is not on our side. His eyes have gotten worse in just a month in between Doctors. The surgery is scheduled for August 11. and will only do surgery if paid in full. Anything you can do will be much appreciated. Sincerely the Greenbergs.
