Australia basketball invite

In March of 2017, as a junior at Brazosport High School, I played in the Texas state basketball
tournament in San Antonio. During that weekend, there were scouts and college recruits. Along
with my Exporter teammates, we brought the community together. It was great.

In May, I received an invitation to play basketball in the Down Under Sports Hoop Classic in
Australia. I am also the only high school basketball player from Texas to receive this honor. I
will be part of a 9 member U.S. team. On July 10th, I will be flying out to meet my coach and
teammates. On July 12th, we will be flying into Australia. We will tour the cities and learn the
culture and history of each city. We will also be playing competitive basketball during this time.

This achievement is a huge step for me. Since I was a little boy, my dream was to play
basketball all around the world. This is a great opportunity to begin to see my dream come to
fruition.

To get to Australia I have to raise 5,500.00, which is due June 10th. Any amount you can
contribute is appreciated. I am willing to do yard work or help around the community to raise
the necessary funding. I look forward to making Exporter alumni and our community proud.
