Hello Friends and Family, We come to you again asking for your prayers, shares, and support as A'Vree continues to Battle Cancer. A'Vree has completed 5, 3 day sessions of 2 different chemo therapy's since February, and 5 straight weeks of Radiation. A'Vree has also had surgery to remove the tumor but has a few more challenges ahead. She will need to take more chemo at MD ANDERSON and start Rehab once she is cleared from her surgeon. The Medical expenses for cancer and traveling expenses for Hotel stays, gas, food, and trying to keep the lights on in Louisiana and support our 3 other kids has been unreal and I pray you never have to experience any of it, but if you have, then you already understand our financial battle.
Chemo has been very hard for A'Vree but she is so strong, she never complains, she just keeps on fighting and kicking cancers butt. A'Vree will unfortunately not be able to start school with the rest of her 10th grade friends at Opelousas Senior High but we believe and trust in God that once she beats cancer, they will be waiting for her, cheering her on the rest of her 10th grade school year. We have had so many people praying and supporting us during our journey, but due to us being in Texas for treatment at MD ANDERSON, we have not worked since April 18th, 2019.
It has been a challenge for us trying to be in two places at one time because we have a home and 3 beautiful kids in Louisiana that we try and support as well and they will be starting school in a few weeks. Armani is 7, and will be starting 2nd grade, Jermaine Jr. is 6, and will be starting 1st grade, and Adalynn is 4, and she will be starting PreK. They love and miss their Big sister so much and can't wait until she is healed and home with them for good. Adalynn can't wait until she's able to sleep in the bed with her big sister once again!!! Thank you all for your continued Prayers and support, Thank you is never enough, but I hope god blesses each and every one of you!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!! #2GodBeTheGlory #TeamA'Vree #ByeByeCancer #A'VreeStrong #NeverGiveUp #Phil4:13
