My name is Patricia, and I'm a support worker who loves Jamaica deeply. I'm raising funds for a mother from St. Elizabeth-a close personal friend of mine-who has lost everything in Hurricane Melissa.

She has two young children, aged 8 and 5, and their home has been completely destroyed. Everything inside-clothing, furniture, and essentials-has been damaged or washed away. They are now left with nothing.

As a mother myself, I can't imagine having to start from scratch with my two children. My goal is to help rebuild a home for this family, giving them a chance to recover from this devastating loss.

Even the smallest donation can make a big difference. Whether it's £1 or $1, or whatever you can spare, your support will go directly toward helping them find shelter, replace essential items, and regain some stability after this tragedy.

Funds raised will go towards providing the following:

Building materials

Basic furnishings (beds, stove, etc.)
