I'm Uncle Norman, putting this together for my nephew and his children.

While out of town working hard to earn his CDL certification to build a better future for his children, tragedy struck. A sudden electrical fire broke out in his rental home, leaving it completely destroyed.

Thankfully, no lives were lost. His children were safe at their mother’s home at the time of the fire. But many precious belongings, family keepsakes, and essential household items were lost in the blaze.

This young father has always worked to provide for his children, sharing parenting responsibilities with their mom. Now, with the Upstate New York winter quickly approaching, he urgently needs a new place to live and the essentials to rebuild a stable home for his family.

We are raising $7,000 to help cover:

First and last month’s rent + security deposit on a new home

Basic furniture and clothing for the kids

Essential household items (beds, kitchen supplies, heat)

Emergency relocation expenses
