UPDATE: Hello, my name is Milo. I am a disabled transgender resident of Alaska who currently does not have a reliable source of income, medial care, or food money. I am using my own savings or all these things, and due to the currently government shut-down, my savings will not last me longer than June of 2026, and that is without factoring in any unexpected bills, medical needs, etc. I am keeping this gofundme open because while I am, thankfully, no longer homeless, as I am renting a room from my mother in her new home, I am still in need. All money gained form this gofundme will be used for food, medical needs (such as medication, which is expensive because I currently do not have insurance), transportation, rent, assistance with household maintenance, and other basic necessities. Hello, my name is Milo. I am a transgender resident of Alaska who has been homeless since 1/30/2024, and have been unable to find steady work or income. My insurance has not been renewed, so I am currently lacking the means for any form of HRT, not to mention basic needs such as prescription medications or standard medical care. I am able to visit my local food bank, and am thankfully on SNAP/EBT, but need a specialized diet due to one of my medical conditions. I currently cannot afford this due to my lack of income, so have been experiencing a decline in health over the past several weeks.

The money gained from this fundraiser will help with basic necessities such as housing, food, medical care, and transportation until I am able to find employment and/or can receive government assistance. Any extra will be put aside for non-emergency necessities.
