My name is Juliette Francis Douglas. I am 37 years of age, a widow and a mother of two children. I am currently unemployed and is currently facing a difficult crisis, my health is at risk as I am suffering from a variety of illnesses. As a child I was diagnosed with Rheumatic Heart Disease. Over the years this has led to Asthma, Hypertension and recently to severe Mitral Valve Stenosis.

I am facing a significant medical challenge that requires open heart surgery and the cost is unaffordable for me at this time. This procedure is essential in correcting my heart condition that has been affecting my way of life, without it my health will continue to deteriorate.
