My name is Aman, and I am raising money for my colleagues unwell dog. She is a 13 year old Husky called Ruya, and after an emergency appointment, which cost us £115 for check up and medication, we have been told that the cost for the surgery to have the teeth removed that are causing her bleeding and pain starts at £786 and this is subject to increase with the more teeth that are removed. Ruya is just like every other dog however when speaking to my colleague who is a 66 year old man, he refers to her as a beautiful soul saying she is not just an animal, but a daughter and a lifelong friend. She is very close to him and his three young grandchildren all of whom adore and love Ruya and seeing her in this discomfort is deeply upsetting for them all. I am reaching out to the community for help to raise this money for Ruya and any extra that is left over if we hopefully raise enough money, will be donated to dogs trust charity.
