A Woman, Her Dog, and the Fight
I never imagined I’d be here—writing a public plea for help. But when life throws every battle at once, even the strongest warriors need reinforcements.
My name is Gladecia. I’m a disabled woman navigating a relentless series of crises that have left me legally cornered and on the brink of losing everything I own.
My only constant through it all has been KiKi, my 7-year-old German Pinscher—my protector, my friend, and the reason I keep fighting.
Over the past several years,I’ve endured what feels like the modern-day trials of tribulations.
I have legal and financial battles that aren’t the result of irresponsibility or neglect. They stem from a series of unjust circumstances—disputes with institutions and individuals who’ve exploited loopholes, denied access, or failed to act in good faith. I’ve done everything in my power to resolve these issues through proper channels, documenting every step and seeking accountability. There are court costs and legal council fees of an undermined amount to be expected to pay once I handle the first most time sensitive urgency looming deadline Oct 30th to move and relocate what I have left being stored at a self storage facility that has given notice for everyone to vacate due to permanent closing of this facility.
Orchestrating such a move would require several months of saving. I only have a 2-3 weeks! The estimate cost under the circumstances is $3500!
This isn’t about luxury. It’s about dignity and the right to keep what little I have left. Of these things are securing my future financial stability as I have meticulously planned and prepared to offset my limited monthly income by selling the contents- only now time constraint of this deadline will cost me all- things of day to day necessity to the investments of securing my uncertain future.
Also, my vehicle is in urgent need of repairs, and without them, I risk jail time due to court-ordered corrections and deadlines. These repairs estimate is $2500-3000 conservatively.
Meanwhile, KiKi is in need of vet care for the removal of a cancerous lesion- if removed early, she has an excellent chance of having restored health. Time has already been ticking for her. The estimated vet cost is $2000.
My health has also been compromised by the ongoing stress of managing everything, including comprehension problems due to my cognitive brain disorder damage and lack of financial resources resulting in delayed care.
I’ve held off asking for help as long as I could—hoping to resolve things quietly, independently, and with dignity. But the deadline is now dangerously close,.
I’ve had to set my pride aside and turn to this campaign as a last resort. I should have asked sooner. But I’m asking now.
Between the recent announcement for requiring immediate vacate from the storage facility, the court ordered vehicle repairs, the urgent veterinary care for KiKi, legal compliance costs, and basic survival needs, the financial burden has become overwhelming.
I have no one to turn to , no savings left, and only a monthly Soc Sec disability check as my only source of income
I must raise enough funds to:
• Relocate storage NOW!
• Repair my vehicle to meet legal requirements.
• Secure veterinary care for KiKi
• Cover basic survival needs while I continue to fight for stability and restitution from those who acted maliciously against me and deserve to be exposed in front of a Judge under the court of law.
Help me stay in the fight.
If you’ve ever felt the world closing in, if you’ve been the underdog and someone stepped in at the right time, if you believe in helping someone who’s doing all the right steps but can’t stop time from running out before accomplishing all that is required, please consider donating to meet the initial $3500 of the estimated $8500 overall.
Having about 2 weeks or so, even $5 makes a difference.
It truly does !
KiKi and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Your support means more than you know and will have an impact that will go far beyond the immediate resolution!
