On may 12th 2025, cody was involved in a motor vehicle accident, in which another motorist pulled out in front of him on his way to school for his final test of the semester,  leaving him in the ICU for 4 months, now being a quadriplegic. Cody has two children ages 7 & 4, he was in school to pursue his dreams of being a mortician. Due to his disability, he can not work currently & can not even leave the home without trying to find transportation, which is very difficult.  Cody is 28 years old. We are trying to get help with funds so we can afford a wheelchair van for our family, so we can go to the grocery store together, get cody out of the home, be able to attend dr appointments & rehab together, let cody finish school, & get him back to work ! We never ask for help, but this time we really need it. I can never imagine what Cody must feel being stuck at home all day, not being able to leave to attend any school events with his children, having a date with his wife, just going out to get out. Anything helps, we are down to one income & it is not easy with all of the life changes & the unexpected that keeps happening. We appreciate any support & are thankful for anything.
