A Way Up for Aaron!
Donation protected

About 2 years ago my husband Aaron reached out to you and now I (Rosa) want to thank you once again for your prayers and your support during Aaron’s fight against two rare and Extremely Painful diseases called Pyoderma Gangrenosum (PG) and Calciphylaxis (CUA) that threaten the amputation of his lower extremities and the fingers of his hands.
As you may know, Aaron has undergone several operations such as: a kidney transplant, prostate cancer, an umbilical hernia and surgical cleansing of a septic knee. He has also had problems with blood clots and infections that have decreased his routine movements, his quality of life, his weight, and his muscular strength; therefore, he is confined to a wheelchair and must depend on a personal assistant to attend to his daily needs. Currently, Aaron is recovering from the open wounds on his lower legs and remains in good spirits - Praise the Lord! -, but many days leave him crying in bed for pain relief.
In addition to the helplessness that I experience daily for not being able to help my beloved husband while seeing him suffer with constant pain, anguish and frustration, I feel the heavy burden of the huge debt that we have incurred; therefore, I appeal to you and ask for your prayers, emotional support and love as well as your financial contributions through the wonderful “GoFundMe” campaign app. If you are not familiar with "GoFundMe", please "Google" it. The “GoFundMe” campaign is an easy and secure way for family, friends and friends of friends to provide financial assistance to people in need - like Aaron and me.
With your support, you will be helping us walk through this exhausting journey as well as cover a realm of expenses ranging from hospital visits, appointments with a team of doctors, medications, rehabilitation services, medical supplies, a personal assistant, special transportation needs to making accommodations to our home to allow Aaron and me move from a rented apartment to our home.
I thank you in advance for all your help and support that will make “A Way Up for Aaron” possible!
With much affection and respect,
Rosa Stella Prieto-McDaniel
