A walk for all the Dave’s

Dave is my dad but he is probably one of many Dave’s who in the last 18 months has been struck down with severe dementia to the extent that he is now in a care home and doesn’t know who he is or who is family are but Dave is not alone, there are probably a thousands Dave’s across the country in the same situation. The Lake District was one of Dave’s favourite places and he was at his happiest sat on a bench at the edge of Lake Windermere with my mum eating fish and chips. So Sunday is a walk in the Lakes to raise some money for all the Dave’s and the Alzheimer’s Society, so whatever you can give will be hugely appreciated.
