My name is Maria Peterson, and I live in Fergus Falls, MN. I’m writing this on behalf of my dear friend, Yoav Rotem. For over 20 years, Yoav has been more than just a tour guide; he has been a bridge between the Land of the Bible and the rest of the world. For two decades, Yoav has inspired thousands, bringing the scriptures to life right where they happened. Even through the challenges of the last two and a half years, he fought to keep going, pivoting to inspiring speaking tours in the US to support his family while tourism in Israel was on hold.
The Current Situation:
We were so close. Tourism was finally beginning to return, and Yoav and his family were ready to stand on their feet again with a full schedule of groups. Then, the escalation with Iran began, and everything stopped instantly.
After years of navigating this instability, the financial reserves are gone. Between loans and the sudden loss of expected income, Yoav and his family are facing a critical crossroads.

We are raising funds to help Yoav’s family bridge this gap and cover their immediate living expenses. Our goal is to provide them with the stability they need until the war subsides and tourism can resume.
