On December 23rd,2022, Harley was left outside with little, if any, protection from the wind and brutal temperatures. (negative 15 degrees below 0 windchill).
Her life was saved by removing her from the chain and getting her to warmth and safety.
Two women have been charged: Ginny Shackelford and Jillian Shackelford.
