I was going to be called Billy if I was a boy or a girl my family has told me. So being assigned a boy at birth but always feeling I was a girl proved to be very confusing.

Iam now on the journey to look on the outside how I have always felt on the inside.

So Iam raisng funds for two surgeries, voice feminisation and boobs. Both the surgeries will take place in Australia by surgeons who have assessed both my physical and psychological readiness.

Iam willing and able to take the long awaited steps to fully becoming who I have always known I should be.

I have chosen to have my voice surgery in Melbourne and boobs in Canberra. A rigorous triage of many surgeons was undertaken by myself. I was a registered nurse for 35yrs so had some good subject matter knowledge. My partner attended all the appointments and consultations, taking notes and supporting me.

The monies raised will be used for the surgery, anaesthesia and hospital bed.

There is a much bigger cost to everything, this I will be paying for myself.

It would be amazing to end this year with a new feminine voice tone and boobs to fill my dresses with.
