A Veteran's Last Wish: Cremation Aid

My dad has been sick for a year and because he is a recovering addict the doctor blew him off and told him he had pancreatitis. He slowly withered away. He went to the ER and they labeled him a drug seeker…at 6’1” and 100lbs they didn’t think HEY SOMETHING ISNT RIGHT! They sent him home to suffer. Finally an ambulance took him to St Mary’s and they DID CARE. They found Cancer in his lung that spread to his esophagus, bones, and his brain. He is suffering and it is breaking my heart. We are struggling to come up with the funds to have him cremated. He is a veteran but broke his back and went AWOL so he was dishonorably discharged. So no help from the VA. I am not big in asking for help but I would do ANYTHING for my dad. I am begging anyone willing to listen to please help. Every single dollar is a blessing we are grateful for. Thank you for taking the time to hear my dad’s story. He is a good man and is the only person that tried to protect me from the monster my mother was. I truly hope someone is willing to help us simply have him cremated and cover whatever costs are associated with this tragic end to his life.
