A Veteran in need of cancer treatment

Donation protected
My name is Jodie and I'm trying to raise money for my father's cancer treatment and aftercare. He is a retired Navy Chief Corpsman serving our country for 38 years. He has continued to serve and care for others in the medical field to this day. One example of this is when his wife Linda of 28 years was diagnosed with lung cancer. At the same time his 80 year old mother needing care as well moved in with him. He continued to work at the hospital to help support the family and during his off time took care of all their needs. His wife was in remission and with the need for more space moved into a new home. Unfortunately, a few months later Linda was diagnosed with brain cancer and passed away. Two years ago his mother passed away. He sacrificed everything to help not only them, but others as well. It is my turn to try to help save his life and that is why I am asking for your help. He was diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer in October 2020. Due to the high cost of the radiation and the chemo treatment, it was necessary for him to continue to work to retain his health insurance to help cover some of the costs. Then in December 2021, he was told the cancer had spread to his liver and was now small cell and inoperable; Therefore, he immediately started treatment again. His last pet scan in April of 2022 showed that it had doubled in size and that the current treatment was not working. The doctor here in the states has no other treatment options giving my father six months to live. My father wanting not to give up, found a treatment center in Mexico with amazing success with my Dad's type of cancer. However, they do not take insurance. He also had to quit his job per doctor's order. I'm hoping to cover his treatment and aftercare and move him from Alabama where I will be able care for him in California. Please help in anyway you can. No amount is too small.
