On September 8th 2023, Anthony (Tony) Savorias, was a passenger in a serious vehicle accident, where he lost both his feet. Tony is a U.S. Army Veteran, proudly serving with the 3rd Battalion, 187 Infantry Regiment “Rakkasans”, and served a tour during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Tony is a self-employed owner/operator of his trucking and logistics company, Low Ride Transport, a Harley rider, and loving father.
Following the accident, Tony was in Reading hospital in West Reading, Pennsylvania for 15 days, where he underwent 6 procedures to repair his severely damaged legs. He is now back home in Sussex, Wisconsin, recovering under the watchful eyes of his family. Our thoughts and prayers are with Tony as he learns to adapt to his new way of life after this tragic incident. His parents remain steadfast by his side, supporting him in any way they can.
In the coming months, Tony will require additional procedures and need assistance as he adapts to new challenges of not having feet, as well as not being able to work in his trucking job. God willing, Tony will progress towards needing less care, and will once again become a full time truck driver. Your prayers and care are a tremendous source of strength during this challenging time.
His family has established this gofundme to help with expenses during his lengthy recovery. If you have a desire in your heart to offer financial support to ease the burden, and help Tony focus on his recovery journey, your contribution would be greatly appreciated. It is our collective hope that, with your assistance, we can dedicate more of our energy and attention to Tony’s well-being as he navigates this difficult period. Your generosity will make a meaningful difference in Tony’s life.
