I'm a single mother of 4. My youngest was born with a congenital heart disease and kidney disease. In the near future, he will have to have a kidney transplant and more heart surgeries. We have currently relocated from Florida to Texas, and I have exhausted all my funds.

We're in need of a vehicle so my child can get the necessary healthcare he needs. I currently have no reliable vehicle at the moment. I am unable to keep a steady job due to seeking the help my son needs. We would appreciate any help that is provided. Thank you and God bless.
