Our Story & Why We Need Help
Hello, my name is Kara Martin, and I am a mother of four beautiful children. Our lives changed forever after a tragic accident that left my daughter, Miracle, with life-altering injuries. Since that day, nothing has been the same—but our faith, love, and determination have never wavered.
Miracle is strong, brave, and full of light. She has overcome more than most adults ever will. Because of her injuries, she now requires a wheelchair for mobility. Every single day, we face challenges most families never have to think about—how to get to school, doctor’s appointments, therapies, church, and even simple family outings.
Right now, we do not have a reliable wheelchair-accessible vehicle. Transporting Miracle safely has become one of our biggest struggles. We often have to rely on borrowed vehicles, unavailable transportation services, or physically lifting her in and out of cars that were never designed to meet her needs. This is not only exhausting—it’s unsafe for both Miracle and our family.
A wheelchair-accessible van would truly change our lives. It would give Miracle the dignity, safety, and independence she deserves. It would allow us to get her to critical medical appointments without fear. It would bring peace of mind, consistency, and freedom back into our home.
As a mother, it breaks my heart that I cannot provide this on my own right now—but I am humbly asking for help. Every donation, every share, and every prayer means more than you will ever know.
Thank you for standing with our family, for believing in Miracle, and for helping us move one step closer to a safer, more hopeful future.
With love and gratitude,
