Hey ! My name is books, I'm a musician/ visual artist, and I'm looking for help in difficult time. I've been living in Philly for the last 7 months, but after being severed from my job at world cafe live for being union affiliated/ and losing my car to philly parking authority for parking tickets it has made it difficult to cover basic costs. I'm currently staying with family in Massachusetts, but in a place that's pretty out of the way of gainful employment (im generally a gig worker/do manual labor which usually requires i have my own transportation)The current situation does not feel viable to get me back on my feet. I'm looking to get myself into a solid van situation to live in so I can negotiate finding employment with a little more agency, and have a little more gigging viability. Right now I'm looking to put 2500 towards a reliable van to work / live out of through the winter.

I'm open to any work opportunities, and commissions (for visual art – flyers, covers, personal commissions, music production, general labor)- Shares or assistance would be deeply appreciated so I could meet my goal! I'm constantly engaged in my art practices, and just want to continue working towards my personal practice goals without these inconveniences knocking me off course. Thank you!
