Help a USMC Veteran get into a PTSD rehab program

We need to help Cisco, a United States Marine Corp Veteran with PTSD, get the help he needs by getting him out and into a rehabilitation program that specializes in the type of treatment needed by men and women like him. Unfortunately, we have a very small window of time to obtain the full amount required to get this done, which means he urgently needs your help!
