One Last Laughter With Willy!

It is with a heavy heart to announce the sudden passing of my father Wilfrido, whom many knew as Willy or Tio (uncle) Willy, he was known to be everyone’s uncle, to many a friend and from friend to brother.

He was a bright person with a contagious laugh, always shared his happiness with others. Was always willing to help anyone in need. He would call and his goal was always to make you laugh, and with that i knew he was happy for.

He gave me the best childhood a kid could ask for. Friday grocery shopping trips and Mojarras for dinner, sometimes he would order 20 or 30 tacos from Del Taco and i remember him devouring so many of them and he would let me stay up and see how many i could eat with him. He would make furniture for my barbie’s and obstacles for my cars. We would jump in the pool and i remember he would fall asleep in the water until i got closer to him and he would scare me. Always made sure me and my mom were taken care of.

Along the way he made sure everyone he encountered was good and if they needed help he would lend a hand, no task to big or small. He was a listening ear and his stories were endless. Advice that he would give, his remedies that sounded a little odd but would help.

I’m proud to have called him my father and a grandfather.

Unfortunately, a last good bye is an unexpected expense no one is prepared for. With that I ask for your help with any donations.
