Finding Peace for Our Father: A Tribute to Lawrence Cayongcat

On November 18, 2024, we lost our beloved father. He was a man of faith, love, and quiet strength, leaving behind cherished memories of his patience and unwavering support during our childhood.

As we navigate this challenging time, my brother and I want to honor our father’s life and fulfill his wish to be laid to rest in a sacred and peaceful place that reflects the love and respect we hold for him.

We are deeply grateful to my brother’s closest friends/colleagues, whose incredible generosity helped cover the cost of the cremation services—a blessing for which we will always be thankful.

Now, we hope to give our father a peaceful resting place by placing his ashes in a columbarium niche—a respectful and dignified space where family and friends can visit to reflect on his life and stay connected to his memory. For us, this is more than just a resting place—it’s a way to honor the love and quiet strength he showed us throughout his life.

Your contributions will help us cover the costs of the columbarium niche and related memorial expenses, so we can provide him with the dignified service he deserves. We hope to complete these arrangements by the end of this year, making it possible to give our father the sacred resting place he deserves as soon as possible.

Any donation, big or small, would mean so much to us. If you’re unable to contribute financially, we kindly ask that you share this campaign with others to help us reach our goal.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness, support, and prayers during this time. Your generosity is not only a gift to us but a way to help honor our father’s memory and create a lasting tribute to the love he shared with so many.

We are forever grateful to everyone who supports our efforts to create a resting place that reflects the peace he deserves.

With heartfelt appreciation,
Lauren Alexandra Cayongcat (daughter)
Ian Donovan Cayongcat (son)

"We love and miss you, Dad. Your quiet strength and love will always remain in our hearts, and your legacy of love will forever guide us."
