Per request from GoFundMe...I want to inform you that all donations will be sent directly to Luke’s mother Pam Ratliff and the Ratliff family, to help cover any costs and expenses incurred through the tragic loss of their son and brother. This includes funeral and memorial service costs, as well as any travel costs, or expenses incurred from missing work.
