Anyone who truly knows Greg Burns would Absolutely , without a doubt be aware of how much he loves his mother “Mary Joanne Burns” ... yesterday Greg’s beautiful mother Mary passed peacefully only hours after seeing her beloved son through a screened in lanai at The Hospice House of Venice.  Mary’s nurse was so very kind to FaceTime Greg from his personal phone to talk to his mother one last time.... Greg said “I love you mom” in which her last words were “I love you more “...  Mary Burns was a force to be reckoned with and was strong until her very last breath. Mary was the ultimate Essential worker of her time being the first woman to become general manager for American Airlines in which she proudly served many people from all over the world for 37 Years.. if you’ve ever been lucky enough to cross paths with Greg or his Mother then you’d know how involved and hands on she was with Greg’s  photography career and success! She was always checking in ... she never missed a beat with her “fiery” personality and loving heart. In the last few years Greg has been his mother’s Full-time caretaker as well as keeping his studio and photography business afloat during this pandemic. In the coming days ahead I wanted to help in anyway I can with managing Greg’s financial burdens during this “new normal “ we call 2020..... as I’m sure many can relate ... I understand things are tough on everyone right now but if you know Greg you know how loving and giving his heart is...... if he has touched your heart in anyway please please consider anything to donate whether it’s a meal or a phone call... This is our chance to help lift some financial burden off of his shoulders during this very painful time... even if it’s just a prayer or a good vibe please toss it his way and pray for calming peace in this unimaginable situation. With all your help we can help Greg with any financial stresses due to this unforeseen stress on top of Covid-19 ... anything helps.. all donations will go directly to Greg and his daughters to make sure he can settle all affairs and burial plans in Mary’s honor in St. Louis as well as any financial stresses on the family and Greg’s business/studio .
