On December 1st, 2024 we received the news that my beloved cousin lost his life. He was only 32 years young.

Baby Mauricio was a funny, loving, kindred spirit and made friends with everyone he met. Although his life was not always easy, he always made sure his family knew they were loved. For too long, he had to be strong, and now he is finally at rest. Life will not be the same without him, and his passing has left us heartbroken.

He knew many people, and I hope that everyone who was blessed to have known him can support in helping us bring him home. We love you, Bubba! May God bless you, cousin. I will see you again one day.
