My name is Lindsey Drake and my brother Brian has stage four brain cancer. To ensure he has stable and safe housing, we are fundraising to build him a home. We are converting my garage into a private apartment for him. I want him close enough to check on daily but also want to maintain his autonomy, privacy, and security. We have enough funds for most of the project but need a little push over the hump to be able to finish it out.

He lived independently since his diagnosis in 2021 but we all realize that living with family is critical as his tumor progresses.

We will be able to monitor his health, enjoy time together, and I will be better able to provide home care.
