A Time to Rebuild


They stole our livelihood...
We’ve been praying for provision, and a few people have asked how they can help and/or suggested setting up a GoFundMe. 
Jody has worked dilegently for several years now to hone his carpentry craft, build his tool selection and create a mobile work site so that he could provide for us, his wife and children.

Our family box truck containing all of his work tools was stolen, badly beaten up, and abandoned behind a local business, with all tools taken. The tools alone are valued at around $20k.

The truck and tools are the means by which Jody is able to provide for our family and trying to replace them is going to require lots of time, lost earning time and resources that we aren’t prepared for.  
While this has been disheartening and hard to walk thru we’ve been blessed to have so many people praying for us and we’re excited to see how God’s provision will make a way. 
We still have hope!

* We’ve had several people ask about insurance...and in an effort to be clear and transparent we are still going to suffer a huge loss. The insurance will depreciate many tools and will not cover the true value of the truck. We’ve already lost, and will continue to lose, time to deal with truck repair/rebuilding and obtaining new tools. This really was a theft of our livelihood in many ways.
