The Story of Atlas
I was traveling near Banana Point, Morocco, when I first saw him: a young, skinny dog limping lonely along the beach. He was injured, and yet there was an immediate spark in his eyes.
Initially, I just wanted to provide some warm nights, but over the last 2 weeks, Atlas hasn't left my side. We quickly realized that we are a perfect match. He’s doing so much better now—he’s about a year old, full of life, and ready for a safe home.
My Goal: Bringing Atlas Home Safely
I simply cannot leave him behind. Atlas deserves a safe life, far away from the dangers of the street. However, the bureaucratic and logistical hurdles for transporting a dog from Morocco to the EU are high and quite costly.
What the donations will be used for:
Medical Check-ups: Full basic immunization and deworming.
Rabies Prevention: The mandatory titer test (blood analysis in an EU-approved lab).
Travel Prep: Microchip, international health certificate, and export documents.
How You Can Help
Every contribution, no matter how small, brings Atlas one mile closer to his new bed. If we happen to raise more than needed, I will donate the remaining amount to a local animal welfare organization in Morocco that cares for the street dogs remaining there.
Thank you so much for helping Atlas and me start this new chapter together!
