DIRECTOR'S STATEMENT
My introduction to filmmaking and storytelling wasn't in a classroom, but rather the glow from the TV screen and pages of comic books. I grew up with Spider-Man and Jurassic Park not as background entertainment but as lifelines. Ironically enough, I hated all horror, but now it's all I want to make. They weren't just characters to me but blueprints on how I see the world. Characters I saw on screen at a young age taught me that an ordinary kid like me could face challenges unhead of and still find a way to keep moving forward.

As I got older, that connection deepend into purpose. I picked up a camera, and learned how to make props and costumes myself, edit things frame by frame and put my big visions as best I could on screen. Over time, it became my calling. Ever since I was young, I would shoot things on my little iPod and edit poor looking video into something I could laugh at with my friend.

My short horror film, Scream: Love Birds, was my big turning point. With no budget, a tiny team and only two days, we created something raw and honest I directed, acted, shot and edited, guiding a crew of lovely people who saw something in my vision. The project reached thousands of viewers, showing my understanding of existing IP and my love for horror stories. It proved to me that stories told with heart don't need permission but instead just need to be made.

This project is more than another short film. It's the next step in my lifelong mission to create stories people can enjoy. But, filmmaking is a collective act. I can bring my vision, the team and relentless drive and optimism.

What I Need Now Is You.

CREATING SOMETHING WORTHWHILE

'A Terrifying Interrogation' is made by fans for fans. We know that the trust between a creator and fans especially in the horror community is super important. The passion this franchise has generated from one little silly clown is immense, and taking on a fan film like this, we understand the love for the character.

Our promise to you:

1. Honoring the Franchise, Always.

For the director, this project is an immense love letter of the years loving the Terrifier franchise. His mission is to the capture the raw, comedic and brutality that Damien Leone created with Art the Clown.

2. Building with the Community

This isn't a vanity project. It's a collaboration of talented filmmakers and fans who live and breathe Terrifier. We will stay transparent and communicative throughout production, sharing progress and listening to community.

3. Delivering Art's Persona

The Terrifier films are built on Art the Clown's ability to be hilarious in rather unfunny matters. Our commitment is to be as authentic as possible with the character and make choices that respect the franchise while building in an already exisiting universe.

4. Protect the Spirit of Independent Horror.

Terrifier began as an indie film that grew to a worldwide phenomenon. We carry that same spirit. Every member of the team is here out of passion for filmmaking and the love for the character.

THE STORY

Our film drops you straight into the aftermath of Terrifier 3, where Art the Clown has survived yet again and the nightmare continues.

We follow two officers, McFallon and Gally, who believe catching Art will finally earn them respect in a department that sees them as screwups. What starts as a lucky arrest quickly spirals into a nightmare for the Miles County Police Station.

This story isn't just about survival, but about arrogance, fear and the futility of trying to lock up the darkness. With crude humor, brutal kills and hilarious tension, this film captures what makes Terrifier and Art the Clown unique.
