Simpson Nouvelles Cycling is a dedicated Women's U23 Cycling team focussed on providing a complete support structure, and appropriate race programme, for riders who have been underserved in recent, post-pandemic times. The Scholarship fund is an ongoing way of assisting in the rider's journeys and now, in 2026, we're going into the 3rd year; progress never stops!

This Simpson Scholarship is keeping the (Tom) Simpson name and legacy alive in modern cycling and takes it's inspiration from similar successful initiatives in other sports and walks of life, particularly when apprenticeships in sport are so valuable. Particular inspiration comes from Tom Simpson, whose name we carry, and legacy continued to be remembered and brought to life through the riders.

The support our initiative, through your kindness, will provide much needed funding to cover the multitude of costs during our race season.
