Hi my name is Grayden - a close family friend's daughter Bluelily (Blue) 12 years of age was rushed to Monash Children's Hospital on Wednesday 11th May, and straight into ICU. Here she was diagnosed with Leukemia and other medical complications related to AML. Her treatment of Chemotherapy and blood transfusions started immediately.

All that know Blue will know that she is a very sporty and bubbly girl with an array of talents. To see her go through this is nothing but heartbreaking.

Blue was a member of our Under 11’s Frankston Raiders team last year 2021.

I called her my ‘Little Super Star’. She only knew one way, and that was to run it hard and straight and was not scared to tackle!!

The family are doing it pretty tough and are trying to be strong during these emotional and testing times. Need to say, not only has this been a life-changing challenge, but it's been a very challenging and hard 14 months for Bec (Blues Mum) after losing her fiancé in March 2021.

I would like to raise some funds to help Bec, Blue and their family out financially.

Bec as a single parent, will be by her daughter's side throughout this long and draining journey, which will mean minimal income to support Bluelily, herself and her younger sibling, who resides at home. Bills don’t stop, expenses don’t stop – But their lives have with no choice.
