A Story of Tragedy and Hope in Gaza. ( Evacuate Gaza)

Help my family evacuate Gaza,

Hello, my name is Mosab Ferwana a student living in Germany, we are a Palestinian family from Gaza. We find ourselves trapped in the midst of the Israeli war on Gaza. I, their eldest son, currently residing in Germany, am reaching out to you. I hope to assist my family in evacuating from Gaza as soon as possible. They have endured significant hardships, having relocated from one home to another four times. In this appeal, I will share some of the challenges my family has faced during this war.

1- Our family home in Gaza was bombed over their head, forcing the neighbors to unite and rescue them from under the rubble. My family, consisting of six innocent individuals has no involvement in any violent activities, was unfortunately targeted by the Israeli Defense Forces. Thankfully, there were no fatalities, but some minor injuries occurred. I will provide images and videos depicting the extent of the destruction in our home.

2- My family was compelled to seek refuge in my aunt's house, as they were left homeless. Living conditions became extremely difficult, with over five families residing in a single house with only one bathroom, one kitchen, and two bedrooms. They resorted to burning wood for heating water for bathing and baking bread.

3- Seeking shelter in my grandfather's house, which had been evacuated at the beginning of the war, they found it destroyed, with only memories remaining of the times we spent there with my cousins in every corner of the house.

4- We are a family living a beautiful life, but when the IDF entered and imposed the siege, our lives changed completely. The nights passed slowly with every aspect of the siege and oppression. Without food and water, we suffered from diseases and poor health conditions. However, we did not lose hope, it was hope that kept us strong. Resources decreased, and communication with the outside world was cut off. Every time we heard enemy war-vehicles and aircraft fighters, we froze with fear, especially when we were trapped in my sister's house around Al-Shifa complex for 2 weeks where the occupation forced us to displace. We had to make difficult decisions to protect our family. My two-year-old niece drank water from the WC. We sought refuge in a new area in search of safety, leaving our clothes, belongings, and memories behind. After declaring the area a warzone and the occupation forces burned my sister's house to the ground, we went to my uncle's house, where the situation became even more dangerous.

5-Currently, my family is staying with relatives, and I have no information about their well-being. Communication is entirely cut off, with no contact with the outside world. The latest video I received from them shows them using tree branches to make bread.

How we are using the money:

A pass to get get out of Gaza through Egypt costs $5000 per person, so the funds from this campaign will get 6 Persons of my family out. The $30000 is an initial goal that can be surpassed.

Together, you have the power to reshape their story's conclusion, turning tragedy into triumph and illuminating the path towards a brighter future.

with gratitude;
