A Special Weekend

Hi, my name is Sandra and I’m raising funds to support my ex husband in taking our two children on a special weekend away. Many years ago Asa suffered from Kidney failure and unfortunately in more recent years suffered a rejection from his transplant meaning 3x weekly dialysis and having to give up work. Fast forward to the last few months and unfortunatly Asa’s health has massively deteriorated. In the past 3 months he has been admitted into intensive care over 4 times and undergone serious heart surgery at Papworth. His health has now reached a point where we know it won’t massively improve and he wants to enjoy some time with his children before the time comes where he won’t be here to do so. Lily and Jax have missed out on so much with Asa and seen and been through things that we would never want any child to go through. Unfortunatly this is only going to get worse and we know Asa will miss on much more in the future. So as Asa is currently in ICU he has asked me to set this up and to help support him in going on a weekend away to Centre Parcs. He has opted for a local weekend so he can still receive treatment at N&N and as a family we can support this.
