BSR RADIO PRESENTS – A SPECIAL CHARITY BROADCAST IN MEMORY OF ELSIEE BOSE

On Saturday 25th July 2026, BSR Radio will be hosting a special 12-hour live charity event in memory of the incredible Elsiee Bose.

Elsiee, from Acocks Green, was born with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome, a rare and serious congenital heart condition where the left side of the heart is severely underdeveloped. Throughout her ten years, Elsiee showed extraordinary courage, undergoing more than ten operations, including five open-heart surgeries.

Despite the challenges she faced, Elsiee was known for her beautiful beaming smile, her infectious personality, and the way she lit up every room she entered. Her mum described her as a "living angel" who inspired everyone around her. Elsiee fought with strength, determination and courage every single day.

To honour her memory, over twenty DJs from Birmingham and across the Midlands will come together for twelve hours of live music, unity and fundraising. We are asking music lovers, clubbers, DJs and supporters from across the region to join us in raising vital funds for Little Hearts Matter, a charity dedicated to supporting children, young people and families affected by single ventricle heart conditions such as Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome.

Every donation will help provide advice, support, information and hope to families facing the same difficult journey that Elsiee and her family bravely endured.
