When you become a parent, you realise that all that matters is a healthy child.
Our little boy, Adaas is 8 years old today, but he can’t speak or eat on his own. He has a rare GABRB3 genetic mutation, which causes severe epilepsy and developmental challenges. He’ll need care and support for the rest of his life — yet he faces every day with an amazing smile.
Research into GABA-A related disorders is now at a critical stage. With enough funding, scientists could unlock treatments that may transform the lives of children like ours — and give families hope where there has been none.
Please, if you can, support curegabaa.org.
Every donation, big or small, helps bring hope to families who want nothing more than a healthy future for their child.
From the bottom of our hearts — thank you for caring.
