I am raising funds to get the chance to participate in 'EXACT All American,' an international training camp for American Football.

After losing my dad at five years old, my mom, Stephanie, became my rock—working three jobs to keep our family going. Football became my outlet, a way to honor my dad and push through life’s challenges. I also served on the military team panel for three years, where I learned discipline and leadership, but ultimately chose to dedicate myself fully to football. My dream has always been to play for the Ducks, staying close to my mom and my younger brother, I.C., who looks up to me. Everything I do is for my family—to make my dad proud, to show my mom her sacrifices were worth it, and to be the role model my brother deserves.

If I am able to raise this amount, not only would it mean that I can go and pursue my dream, but I would also be able to bring my mom and little brother, so they can stay in my corner and give me strength, while also getting to experience their own once-in-a-lifetime moments.

About my Journey

When I was five years old, my world changed forever. My dad passed away, and even though I was still so young, I felt the weight of that loss in ways I didn’t fully understand at the time. What I did know was that life was going to be different, not just for me, but for my mom too.

My mom, Stephanie Torres, became the rock of my life. She worked three jobs just to make sure I had food on
the table, clothes on my back, and a chance to chase my dreams. She didn’t just provide for me—she showed
me what sacrifice, love, and strength truly look like.

Football became more than a game. It was my outlet, my escape, and the place where I could pour all of my energy, anger, and hope. Every time I stepped on the field, I felt closer to my dad, like he was still watching me, proud of the young man I was becoming.

I also joined the military team panel for three years. It taught me discipline, leadership, and teamwork. But by my senior year, I realized I needed to give everything I had to football. Walking away from the panel wasn’t easy, but focusing on the sport gave me direction and drive.

Growing up, I always dreamed of playing for the Ducks, not only because of the program, but because it meant I could stay close to my mom and my little brother, I.C. Torres, who is 14 and looks up to me. I know the way I carry myself matters—not just for me, but for him. Like most kids who love football, I dreamed of one day making it to the NFL. But now, as I look at my life, I realize that no dream is too big if you’re willing to fight for it.

My journey hasn’t been easy, but it’s made me stronger. I will continue fighting—not just for me, but for my family. Everything I do, I do with the hope of making my dad proud, showing my mom that her sacrifices were worth it, and being the role model my little brother deserves.
