A Son's Effort for His Dad's Recovery

Hello, I'm a student and recently my father has been having health issues regarding his back and knee. His condition has not been great, and most doctors are recommending a knee replacement. He is the only breadwinner in the family, and due to his illness, our financial status is not so great. I'm trying my best to pitch in as much as I can. I pay my tuition fee by myself and work 55 hours a week while being in college. I don't want to burden him but also want to do something to get his treatment done. The longer the wait, the worse it's getting; it's been 4 months, and at times he needs a walker to go to the office, which itself is worsening the condition. Anything would help as a gift. Thank you.
