Helping Kids in Brazil Play the Game They Love

In a small village in Brazil, there’s a group of boys between 9 and 11 years old who carry a simple but powerful dream in their hearts, they just want to play soccer.

For many children around the world, playing soccer means putting on a uniform, grabbing a ball, and heading to the field. But for these boys, the reality is different. Many of them don’t have proper equipment, basic gear, or even the simple resources that make playing the game possible.

The last time our family visited Brazil, my then 7-year-old son Lucas was invited to play with them. What touched us the most was how these boys welcomed him like family. They didn’t care where he was from or that he spoke a different language, they simply shared their joy, their friendship, and their love for the game.

In that moment, we realized how little they had, yet how much heart they carried.

This fundraiser was created to help provide these boys with the basic soccer equipment they need, things like soccer balls, uniforms, cleats, and other simple gear that will allow them to continue playing the sport they love.

Our goal is not only to provide equipment, but also to support their dreams, encourage teamwork, and remind them that people care about their future.

Every donation, no matter the amount, will go toward helping these boys have the opportunity to keep playing, growing, and dreaming.
