My name is Amanda Kersh, and I am building a woman-owned small business right here in Waterloo, Iowa.

Through Fresh Spin Cleaning Services LLC (DBA Kersh Vending Services), I’m raising $35,000 to build Fresh Spin in two phases: first by launching a vending machine business over the next 1 to 3 years, then by growing that cash-flow foundation into a laundromat within 3 to 5 years. This is a long-term, practical business plan focused on steady income, community service, and lasting ownership.

This fundraiser will support a two-phase plan.

Phase 1 is the launch and growth of a vending machine business over the next 1 to 3 years. The purpose of this phase is to create steady, recurring cash flow through well-placed machines, reliable equipment, and a business model that can grow location by location.
