Hello, my name is Gaby. I am a trans woman ️‍⚧️ and I am on a beautiful, though not always easy, journey toward fully living my identity.

I have long dreamed of undergoing breast augmentation surgery. For many people, it may seem like a cosmetic detail, but for me it means taking a huge step in my transition, feeling more in harmony with my body and finally being able to look in the mirror with joy and confidence.

This procedure will not only help me see myself as I have always felt inside, but it will also have a profound impact on my self-esteem, my mental health, and the way I approach life day to day.
