Help single mother of newborn lost home to fire

Hi my name is Myriam. I recently lost my home to a house fire in Lehi, UT, caused by the neglect of a careless mother that was living in the basement apartment of that home I was renting. Her 7 yr son was playing with a space heater burning things while she was not paying attention. I had barely had a baby girl born on January 9th and had just laid her in her crib when my dad who was staying with me to help with my baby smelled and saw smoke coming from the vents. I rapidly grabbed my newborn with her blankets and ran outside with just my pj pants and a spaghetti shirt in this UT winter cold. Neighbor rushed to help I immediately called 911 as I noticed the tenant downstairs was leaving with her kids and she wasn’t even gonna tell me or call 911. Thankfully my dad got my dogs out and I got my baby out and we did not have a chance to save anything.
