Skull decompression surgery mom of 2 in need

I’m Candice a 39 yr mom of two who started feeling sicker than my norm as someone who already has an auto immune disorder Im not new to feeling unwell. My bodily functions began to deteriorate slowly to the point where my grasp has faded in my hands, swallowing became difficult as well as holding my breath to even not be able to hold my urine. I went in for an MRI thinking it’s just sciatica in my neck. NOPE THAT WOULD'VE BEEN A BLESSING I GET THE RESULTS I HAVE WHATS CALLED A CHIARI MALFORMATION. Which most people who have the type that I have usually are born with from not developing properly as a fetus from a number of things in my case the drs believes it was from my mothers drug use. I now have to undergo a Chiari decompression surgery which is where the remove a section of the base of the skull and a piece of the spinal cord and this will require me to be out of work for at least 3 months. I’m not comfortable with putting this out here but it’s could use all the help I can get to make sure I don’t fall to behind on basic bills as well as extra bills now like laundry as I’m not allowed to lift anything or bend in half I also live on a 4th floor walk up so now I need someone to do this as well as buying my groceries and things like this. I have help but my family also can’t be here all the time. So I’m asking for any bit of help anyone can give even if it’s just a share.
