Help a single mom find a new home for her family

My name is Lynn Wiltse. I’m a single mom of three children who needs help with the costs of relocation to a new home.

For those who don’t know me personally, I work full time to support my family and give my kids the best upbringing they can. Unfortunately we learned last month that our landlord decided to sell the house we’re renting. Like so many others, we’re scrambling to find a place to live that’s even remotely affordable. Houses are gone as soon as they’re listed, if not before, and I’m unable to meet most requirements for apartment complexes and property management companies. In addition to that, my family’s vehicle has also broken down and I’ve been unable to drive it for several weeks due to the cost of repairs.

I’m requesting funds to help cover the cost of a short-term rental (deposit and first month’s rent), a long-term rental as soon as we can locate one (deposit and first month’s rent), a storage unit, and car repairs. Any additional funds received will go towards daily living expenses (utility bills, gas, groceries, etc) and to pay it forward to others in need.

For those who do know me personally, you know how incredibly hard it is for me to ask for help like this. I have to do what’s best for my children and I’m running out of time and resources. Any donation will be greatly appreciated. When I’m back on my feet and settled into a new home, I will continue to pay it forward and give back to others as our family has always done.
