Hello everyone! We have decided to start this go fund me as we have potentially found a good fit for Maddy’s service dog! Soon we will be going for a meet and greet with the puppy! As most know Maddy has endured a lot in her life that no child should ever have to experience. Maddy has had 4 open heart surgeries and numerous procedures, including heart caths, MRIs, blood draws and echos, with her most recent open heart surgery being Oct 13th 2025. Maddy has a lot of medical trauma that we are currently working through as well as heightened anxiety related to the trauma. We are currently looking into getting her a service dog to help with this. We also have a trainer picked out as well who has been very helpful with answering any questions we may have and even trying to pair Maddy with her new furever friend. Maddy is a loving 10 yr old and tries her best to not let her condition hold her down. From showing goats and doing pageants to singing on stage with her bestie. She tries to smile through it all! Her last surgery has really took a toll on not only her health physically but mentally as well.
